Biggest photovoltaic system in Tyrolean Unterland for deep freeze warehouse
Josef Huber, owner of the deep freeze warehouse in Sankt Johann, covers electricity supply by photovoltaic and on his own
In Sankt Johann, Tyrol, the team of Tyrolpv Elektrotechnik, Tyrol’s market leader in the photovoltaic segment, has recently installed a 200 KW photovoltaic system with high-quality European products, covering about 1,400 m². This means 200,000 kwh of power shall be generated on the roofs in the next decades, with most of it being consumed by the company itself.
Huber Tiefkühl GmbH, storing and deep-freezing goods of producers in Sankt Johann, produces cool through their own ecological solar power system. This investment will significantly reduce operational costs, and will be amortised within a few years.
