Fiege manages eCommerce services for Jack Wolfskin in Austria

Full service eCommerce provider Fiege put together a package for the outdoor specialist, Jack Wolfskin in three european countries

Since August 2014, the Greven-based contract logistics specialist and full service eCommerce provider, Fiege, is responsible for the eCommerce processes of the outdoor specialist, Jack Wolfskin, in Germany and Austria. In the UK, the on-line shop was already successfully launched in April 2014.

Fiege’s eCommerce services include order management, bi-lingual customer service, payment management and credit control, together with returns handling. Within this framework, Fiege’s site in Hamburg Moorfleet has taken over the classification of returns, recording of credits and delivery of returns for Jack Wolfskin.

The modular design of Fiege’s eCommerce system guarantees rapid, reliable processes in all areas, from order management, through customer service, to returns handling. „In close collaboration with Jack Wolfskin, we have developed a robust, flexible eCommerce system which is tailored to Jack Wolfskin’s individual requirements, and ensures the operation runs smoothly.
