FLTA starts search for Dealer of the Year

The Fork Lift Truck Association is seeking nominations for its Dealer of the Year Award 2016.

The “Archie” award will be presented to the fork truck dealership deemed to have provided the most innovative or appropriate solution to a customer’s particular materials handling requirements.

Chief Executive of the FLTA Peter Harvey said: “Our Dealer of the Year is not targeted at those who have achieved the biggest sales – and it isn’t about the size of the dealership or the volume of business…it is about good old fashioned service and delivering something special to a customer.
