Fortec departures lead to management restructure
Fortec Distribution Network is to restructure its management team to fill senior vacancies following a number of departures earlier this month.
The network of palletised freight distribution providers is undertaking a restructuring of its senior management team after managing director Neil Hodgson, commercial director Marcus Fischer, and operations director Andrew Knowles stepped down.
Former network operations manager Adrian Bradley has been promoted to general manager of operations. As part of the restructuring process, Fortec will appoint a commercial general manager.
Jamie Cuthbert, managing director of Geodis Calberson UK and Fortec member, expressed his thanks for the departing members and the contribution they made during their tenures.
“I am confident that this new structure will mark a new era for Fortec and enable us to drive the business forward and further reinforce our market leading position,” said Cuthbert.
