Gillo steps down at Pall-Ex

Geoff Gillo has stepped down as a non-executive director of Pall-Ex have completed a three-year term.

Pall-Ex chief executive Hilary Devey said: “We have made no secret of the fact that, over the past few years, Pall-Ex Group has been committed to executing a strategic growth plan. This has involved a comprehensive management restructure, a detailed review of operations and a focus on overall quality.

“Part of this plan was the appointment of Geoff Gillo to the board as a non-executive director. Geoff joined the group for a three-year term and, with that period now at an end, he has left Pall-Ex to pursue other opportunities.

“Geoff has played an integral role in the transition of the new management team and has been part of a real group-wide effort that undoubtedly leaves Pall-Ex in a stronger place than when Geoff first joined us in 2014.

“On behalf of all at Pall-Ex, I would like to thank Geoff for his contribution to the business and wish him well for the future.”
