HoMedics renews logistics contract with Bibby
Global health and electrical products manufacturer HoMedics has renewed its ten-year contract with Bibby Distribution.
Bibby Distribution has created a new in-house e-commerce division for HoMedics which now handles approximately 50,000 B2C orders every year.
Bibby has provided transport and warehouse services for HoMedics since 2007, distributing consumer products such as air purifiers, humidifiers, foot spas and massagers from a 275,000 sq ft site in Scunthorpe to retailers across the UK including Amazon, Argos, HMV, John Lewis and Tesco.
As part of the contract, Bibby created a new in-house e-commerce division within HoMedics which now handles some 50,000 B2C orders every year with products ranging from home massagers and slimming goods to scales, audio products and electronics.
