IMS Cargo: New train connection to and from Wilhelmshaven
In order to fulfil the wishes and requirements of their customers, the container operator IMS Cargo Austria starts with a new product to and from the container terminal Jade-WeserPort Wilhelmshaven. “With this new connection we offer our customers the opportunity to react to the changes on the market in the best possible way“, says CEO Wolfgang Tomassovich.
The company is currently offering about 40 weekly departures from Austria to Germany’s seaports, and together with selected partners operates many links to all over Europe.
IMS is headquartered in Vienna and started operating as a private container operator in 1993. The full service provider with locations in Austria, Germany, Slovakia, Switzerland, Hungary, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and Portugal as well as global partners, offers all services related to combined transport. With 100 employees, the company handles an annual cargo volume of more than 200,000 TEU in Europe.
