Wallinger Transport from Adnet puts into service two Mercedes-Benz Actros trucks with Euro-6 engines:

Taking over two new Mercedes-Benz Actros1845 LS 37 semitrailer tractors with Euro-6 engines from the Pappas company in Eugendorf, Wallinger Transport GmbH proves its environmental consciousness. These two vehicles meet already the emission standards, which will be obligatory for transport companies in the European Union in two years. The serial equipment includes among other things the telematic system called FleetBoard, which records essential operating data and shows saving options to the driver.

The Wallinger Transporte company with its headquarters in Adnet near Hallein was established in 1965 by Johann Wallinger. Since its conversion into a limited liability company (GmbH) in 1988 the company is headed by Rupert Wallinger. Originally dominated by of live stock and construction site transportations, the service range was enhanced by transportations of chopped and bulk goods, as well as beverages and spare parts in the latest company history. The Salzburg-based family company is currently operating four trucks with a carrying capacity of 12 tons and 15 Mercedes-Benz semitrailers with a maximum capacity of 40 tons.
