New director for BIFA

Rachel Morley has joined the board of the British International Freight Association replacing Carson McMullan who has stepped down having been on the board since 2009.

Director general Robert Keen said: “We welcome Rachel’s election from the BIFA regional council. She has had an excellent record of achievement since she joined the industry and has played a prominent role in BIFA’s regional activities. I am also pleased that while Carson has left the BIFA Board after a seven-year term, he wants to maintain his association with the industry and has been appointed a consultant representing BIFA in Northern Ireland.”

Morley is general manager for operations at BIFA member company, Spatial Global based at Castle Donnington in the East Midlands and is a graduate member of the Institute of Exports.
