New location of L.I.T. Group in the Czech capital Prague

Logistics Provider L.I.T. Group further strengthens international trade and heads towards further growth in South-eastern Europe.

With the L.I.T. Group (Brake) opening of the new location in Prague, the logistics service provider’s continual development of international alignment has now been enriched by another facet. A major focus of the performance spectrum in Czech Republic is the accomplishment of international steel and coil transport. In order to do so, the company has expanded its vehicle fleet by 20 coil trailers.

“Having established this new location, our objective is to develop further trade in goods from and to the Czech Republic. Prague is an important hub for trade relations to South-eastern Europe “, explains Simeon Breuer, Managing Director of L.I.T. Speditions GmbH. According to him, the goal to be achieved would be to entrust further carriers From Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Steel strip bundles for the automotive industry, also referred to as coils, are the major focus of the service in the Prague location. For Simeon Breuer, this decision is a logical step forward: “Thanks to the geographical position of our new location, we are able to address customers from different sectors of industry specifically. The automotive industry, which is very strongly represented in the Czech Republic, plays a crucial role here.“

To Simeon Breuer, the establishment of the location in Prague is a consequence of the new strategic alignment of L.I.T Group Ltd. “This region still has a large growth potential. Our objective is to access Southeast European markets by continually internationalising our company“, he forecasts. The logistics service provider located in the German town of Brake is not only represented in the Czech Republic, but also in Great Britain, Poland, Luxemburg, Italy and the Netherlands.
