New ro-ro transport service from Passau and Ennshafen to Bulgaria
Ro-ro charter service Star Lines of the Bulgarian transport logistics company Donau Star to start operating with two monthly departures
From July 2015 Donau Star BG EOOD Commercial Shipping & Forwarding offers a regular connection for high & heavy goods from Passau (Germany) and Ennshafen (Austria) to Vidin and Ruse (Bulgaria). Apart from the above mentioned ports the liner service operated under the Star Lines brand will also call all ro-ro ports along the Danube on customer demand – given a sufficient volume.

The Ennshafen port offers the best conditions for a smooth and efficient goods handling in the ro-ro transport. Work can start immediately after the ship berthed and short truck access ensures fast handling. Directly adjacent to the ro-ro ramp there is a 8,500 m² warehouse with best safety technology equipment (flood protection, fence, lighting, video surveillance).
