Quehenberger Germany moves into a new warehouse

P3, investor and developer of logistics real estate, has signed a five-year contract for a 3,121 m² warehouse with Quehenberger Logistics DE GmbH at the P3 Weiterstadt logistics park. The park with a total area of around 14,000 m² will therefore still be fully let.

Jürgen Diehl, Managing Director of P3 Deutschland: “The demand for logistics space in the Rhine-Main area remains high. Locations like Weiterstadt, closely located to the economic metropolis of Frankfurt, are an ideal location. As a long-term investor, P3 is still looking for real estate and logistics space in this region. We also plan a comprehensive redevelopment for certain locations.”

P3 operates almost 100,000 m² in the Frankfurt area in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg, Mörfelden, Dreieich and Weiterstadt. The logistics park built in 2007 in Gutenbergstraße 19, 64331 Weiterstadt, covers 14,036 m². In addition to Quehenberger, Ohl MediaNetwork GmbH & Co. KG, Toshiba Logistics Europe GmbH and MOL Logistics (Germany) GmbH rent two more halls. The park is located 24 kilometers south of the Frankfurt airport, directly at the A5 motorway and B42 main road.
