Die forwarding company Homtrans Service GmbH & Co. KG (Kavelstorf/Rostock) has been a 100 percent subsidiary of the Rieck Logistics Group since the beginning of the year. In 2008 Rieck took over 35 percent of the company and has expanded their share step by step since then. Now they took over the remaining 30 percent of the shares. The founder of the company, Gerold Claus, continues to be responsible for the management of the forwarding company Homtrans that also has a subsidiary in the Russian city of St. Petersburg.
