Soft drink distributor secures Enfield depot

Soft drink and food wholesale distributor R A Trading has paid £2.45 million for the freehold of a warehouse in Enfield, North London.

The company is relocating from the Mowlem Trading Estate in Tottenham to the 19,281 sq ft depot at 25 Mollison Avenue in Enfield, as part of expansion plans.

Jack Booth of Savills, which advised RA Trading, said: “Due to Enfield’s popularity with industrial / warehouse occupiers and the strong demand for freehold stock, there remains a critical shortage of this type of product. For this reason we are very pleased to have secured this rare deal on behalf of our client.”

The vendor was advised by Cushman & Wakefield.
