Spec expansion at Pensnett begins

London & Cambridge Properties (LCP) is to begin the expansion of warehousing and industrial space at Pensnett Estate, Kingswinford, during the first week of December. The 130,000 sq ft site is expected to be completed by November next year.

“This is a significant investment for LCP that will be a real boost for the local economy,” said Andrew Preston, LCP industrial portfolio manager. “We are excited that the first phase will be underway shortly and look forward to welcoming new tenants to The Pensnett Estate.”
