Stocker to head Gefco’s finished vehicle logistics

Gefco UK has appointed John Stocker finished vehicle logistics director responsible for overseeing all elements of the business, including developing and implementing strategy to drive commercial growth.

Stocker joined Gefco as sales and marketing director in 2012, steering the development of a number of new business flows with major clients, in addition to developing the company’s UK sales strategy.

Managing director Tristan Balayn said: “John has been an enormous asset to Gefco in his role as sales and marketing director, guiding the business through an exciting period of evolution and growth. John has more than 30 years of experience to draw on; as well as the industry knowledge, skills and attributes necessary to be successful. I have every confidence that the FVL business will continue to flourish under John’s leadership.”
