System Alliance: “Partner of the Year” Triple for Gebrüder Weiss
Once again, the Performance Awards were the highlight of the System Alliance Europe Shareholders’ Assembly. The participants expected the “Partner of the Year” award to be especially exciting. For the third time in a row, Gebrüder Weiss Gesellschaft m.b.H. (Austria) won the treasured trophy.
In the category “Quality”, which is divided by branch size, Honold International GmbH & Co. KG in Neu-Ulm (Germany) and Streck Transport AG in Möhlin (Switzerland) were again honored, as in previous years. Rhenus in Bradford (Great Britain) is the lucky winner in the category “Improvement of the Year”. The criteria were based on the monthly quantity and quality statistics.
Since it was established in 2005, the cooperation was expanded consistently. Today the network consists of 60 highly efficient partners with 194 branches across 32 European countries. In 2016, our transport and logistics partners transported 4.04 million consignments, equivalent to a tonnage of 1.6 million tonnes.
