Arrow XL launches leadership programme
ArrowXL, the two-person home delivery company, has launched a leadership and development programme named “Squad”.
The ten-day course focuses on performance levels, understanding commercial decisions, personal brand, and a work-related project that helps to improve colleague engagement.
Zoe Sinclair, head of resource and development, said: “Squad will give our managers the opportunity to develop their key skills and progress within the business, which is vital as we continue to grow.”
