Austria’s largest logistics park being built in Enzersdof/Fischa
The “Industrial Campus Vienna East”-project will result in the largest logistics park in Austria. The total land size is more than 30 hectares and around 170,000 m² of industrial space for value-added logistics.
Construction work has already begun. The first hall will soon be handed over to its tenants. Details about the project are presented today in a press talk.
“Industrial Campus Vienna East” is implemented by DLH Real Estate Austria GmbH, the Austrian branch of Deutsche Logistik Holding GmbH & Co. KG (DLH), which is a company of the real estate division of the Zech Group, which focuses on the development and implementation of logistics real estate.
