Bicester mid-box scheme forward sold to investor

Albion Land has forward sold the first phase of its Axis J9 scheme in Bicester for more than £24 million to Aver Property Partnership, a joint venture between ERGO Real Estate and NFU Mutual.

The first phase is currently under construction and will provide up to 200,000 sq ft  of mid box warehouses ranging in size from 23,000 – 64,000 sq ft. Practical completion is due in September.

Axis J9 is being built in three phases with phase two comprising  seven units of between 3,500 – 6,100 sq ft and phase three  providing build-to-suit from 75,000 – 250,000 sq ft.
