The Humber International Enterprise Park (HIEP) comprises of 468 acres and includes 212 acres of port land that has Enterprise Zone Status, being situated within the Humber Freeport Tax Assisted Zone.
The site also includes renewable energy in the form of the UKās ālargestā commercial rooftop solar array.
