C&D South West expand in Somerset

Founded in 1987, C&D have been providing quality distribution to clients for almost 35 years. They offer a guaranteed 24-hour delivery service to every UK postcode every day, with 96% of its business being palletised distribution for customers based within a 40-mile radius of their HQ.

The new site, based in Martock, has been purchased by C&D to expand its existing service offering and bring opportunities for growth, both within the company and the surrounding area. With this new venture, C&D hopes to supply a surplus of new jobs through the expansion of its fleet and service offering, consequently enabling them to better serve both current and new customers.

The new site boasts a 26,728ft2 expansion of warehousing, yard, and office space as well as a healthy amount of future job opportunities for the local community, which currently has a population of just under 5,000.
