Our new facility at Central Spacewaye with its fantastic connection to Heathrow and safe and secure environment ensures we can continue to deliver the excellent service we’re renowned for with our clients all over the world.”

Satair Group has taken a 19,192 sq ft unit on a 15-year lease at Central Spacewaye. It will use the space for the storage and servicing of aircraft components.

Managing director Jon Ravhall said: “We supply and maintain up to three million different aircraft parts, produced by more than 1,000 manufacturers worldwide and we deliver value-adding integrated services. Working with SEGRO once again has guaranteed an excellent location and quality of space.”

Alan Holland, Greater London business unit director, SEGRO said: “As a result of these lettings Central Spacewaye is now 57 per cent let ahead of practical completion, ensuring we’re in a positive position to let the remaining Grade A space ahead of agreed timescales.”
