CEVA Logistics snaps up Derby warehouse
CEVA logistics has snaped up two second hand warehouses totalling 200,000s q ft at Derby Distribution Centre in the East Midlands.
The company has taken a five-year lease at a rent in the region of £2.95 per sq ft.
The facility is situated on Sinfin Lane, just two miles from Derby and close to Junction 24A of the M1 motorway.
David Willmer of GVA, which marketed the scheme jointly with Innes England said: “There is a lack of available standing stock in the market and with deals of this magnitude sweeping up remaining units; it won’t be long before we are facing a drought of good quality industrial sites.”
GVA and Innes England are also marketing the 66,392 sq ft Unit F at Sinfin Industrial Park close to Derby Distribuiton Centre.
