Howden 62 will comprise two brand new distribution units of 86,808ft2 and 22,730ft2 due for completion in Q3 2023. The site is well located, two miles from Howden Port with nearby access to the M62. The surrounding area is already an established industrial location, with high profile occupiers including DHL, Warburtons and DPD.
