Courier firm snaps up Yorkshire shed
Deltec International Courier has agreed a deal for a depot at Marshall CPD’s South Kirkby Enterprise Zone in West Yorkshire.
The company which has ten offices across the UK and operates in more than 200 countries worldwide, has signed a new nine-year lease for the 13,600 sq ft depot.
Carter Towler and AWS advised on the letting.
Construction is due to complete mid-January on Phase 2 of the development at South Kirkby Business Park. Carter Towler and AWS have been appointed to market the next three units.
