Danube Partners forwarding becomes a case of bankruptcy
As announced by the association for the protection of creditors KSV, Danube Partners High & Heavy GmbH applied for insolvency. A reorganization procedure without self-administration of the Upper Austrian forwarding company was opened at the Landesgericht Linz court on 14 September 2017. The deadline for creditors is 31st October 2017. Mag. Roland Zimmerhansl was appointed as liquidator.
The forwarding company, founded in 2010, handles heavy lift and special transports, especially on the Danbue waterway. In addition to the head office in Engerwitzdorf, also a branch in Neutillmitsch, Styria was operated.
