ZigZag has a network of more than 100 retailers, including Selfridges, GAP, and Superdry, and will now have access to DHL’s ‘Just Right Returns’ service.

Customers can track their returned parcels through the DHL Parcel app and through the new partnership, retailers will also be able to track returns via ZigZag, providing more visibility throughout the returns process.

The service allows for multiple parcels to be picked up from ‘ServicePoints’.
