The build-to-suit unit equates to approximately half of the first phase of the scheme, which is located  just off the A1M motorway at Junction 34 right next door to Tritax Symmetry’s Symmetry Park Doncaster development.

Mulberry Logistics Park totals some 396 acres and has planning for units from 350,000 – 1.2 million ft2. Properties will be built to a BREEAM Very Good rating.

The facility pre-let to Eddie Stobart has a 545,380 ft2 warehouse space as well as 15,000 ft2 of offices plus a 5,000 ft2 hub office. It will have 440 car parking spaces as well as room for 127 HGVs. There are plans for 72 dock and 12 level access doors.

Roebuck Asset Management advised Eddie Stobart on the new lease. In a LinkedIn announcement Roebuck said: “Given the continued strength and demand across the whole of the UK logistics market, securing high quality space  on favourable lease terms is becoming increasingly more challenging for UK occupiers.

“The unit will provide significant and much needed additional capacity to the Eddie Stobart Portfolio.”
