FedEx set to serve more EU markets with e-commerce move

FedEx Express has announced its international e-commerce service is now available to customers in 24 European countries.

The service also opens up 47 connections worldwide.

After a successful  market launch in 2021 in ten countries including France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Austria, Sweden, the company’s International Connect Plus (FICP), is now available in an additional 14 countries, including Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Romania, and Switzerland.

Brian DeCair, Vice President Operations Ireland and UK North, FedEx Express said: ‘’Cross-border e-commerce is growing faster than domestic e-commerce and businesses are increasingly seeking more diversified, cost-effective solutions in order to meet consumers’ evolving needs.
