Firethorn secures three lettings at Ascent Logistics Park

Developer Firethorn has secured three lettings at its Ascent Logistics Park in Leighton Buzzard.

Wholesaler and retailer AS Colour has secured a 79,493ft² warehouse while healthcare provider HCA UK has taken a 60,835ft² unit. The smallest unit of 16,787ft² was let to Tate Business group which provides essential business supplies.

All the units have been built to net zero in construction and have secured BREEAM Very Good and an EPC A rating. There is LED lighting to offices, electric vehicle charging points and 5% Photovoltaic arrays supplied as standard, with future provisions available for additional solar power generations.

There remains just one unit out of the seven completed available totalling 48,639ft². Joint letting agents are Brasier Freeth and Knight Frank.
