GEFCO receives GDP certification for road transport of pharmaceuticals

GEFCO Group has received Good Distribution Practice (GDP) compliance certification for the road transportation of pharmaceutical products in nine countries.

As a result GEFCO is GDP certified in 15 countries including the United Kingdom, Italy, Switzerland, Bulgaria, amongst others. The audits were conducted by international certification agency Bureau Veritas.

The certification demonstrates that GEFCO fulfils the requirements of the European Commission guidelines on good distribution practice of pharmaceutical products for human use, and will be valid for the next three years.
