Go Outdoors takes 353,000 sq ft letting at Middlewich

Specialist outdoor equipment retailer Go Outdoors has signed a 5-year lease on a 353,000 sq ft distribution centre in Middlewich, Cheshire with Delin Capital Asset Management.

Go Outdoors will use the building to enable further sales growth following its acquisition two years ago by JD Sports plc.

“The transaction further demonstrates the continuing trend for online retail sales growth to filter through to sustained demand for UK logistics space,” said Delin Capital head of asset management Jonathan Gardner.
