Goodman’s green shed hits PC

Developer Goodman’s 343,281ft² speculative warehouse Purfleet 343 at its Purfleet Commercial Park in Essex has reached practical completion – and is the greenest large shed available in the region.

Boasting a BREEAM Excellent and EPC A (-3) rating – basically generating more energy than it consumes – the building features a 995kWp solar PV system to service customers’ operational needs, infrastructure for electric vehicle fleets, rainwater harvesting and smart metering. It has 18m eaves, 32 dock and four level access doors as well as a 55m yard.
