The app based delivery service was launched in London last year and has a series of hyperlocal fulfilment centres in London, Reading, Bristol, Manchester, and Brighton. Following an initial round of fundraising the company raised £14 million and set a target to open 40 sites in the UK  by the end of 2021.

The 3,525 ft2 property on Northwood Road, Norbury will operate as a locally based home delivery grocery centre with good delivered to the customer via electric vehicles and bikes.

Internally the property provides warehousing on the ground floor with mezzanine storage above. The property benefits from 3-phase electricity, gas supply, a manual roller shutter, and ample car parking.

It was let by landlord GMC Capital at a record rent for the area, a mere five days after acquiring the property from Aviva.
