The company has taken a 10-year lease on the speculatively built unit which meets ‘some of the highest’ environmental and sustainability credentials. The warehouse reached practical completion in July this year.

It is one of a number warehouse developments that Aviva Investors has invested into at Swan Valley, and follows the recent development of Odette58, which was let to Fisher & Paykel in 2021 also on a ten-year lease.

The letting agents were Avison Young and Burbage Realty, with Chadwick McRae acting for WT Transport.
