iLogistics Center in Sofia takes up operation
As of May 29, the cross dock area and main warehouse of the iLogistics Center near Sofia Airport have officially taken up operation. The Bulgarian cargo-partner head office will move to this new location in mid-July. Â
The new warehouse contains 16,500 m² of storage space with over 22,000 pallet spaces, and the office facilities will provide workplaces for more than 130 employees on an area of 2,000 m². The iLogistics Center is TAPA-A certified and equipped with a modern access control system as well as LED lighting throughout the entire facility.
The location was strategically selected in the city to provide optimal convenience for clients and employees. The exact address is 44A Vasil Zlatatrov Street, near the metro station Sofiiska Sveta Gora and the motorway. The proximity to Sofia Airport is a significant advantage, as airfreight is the most important business segment for cargo-partner in Bulgaria. In addition, the railway connection provides the possibility of unloading goods directly from the train into the warehouse.
