IM Properties plans 1.9 million ft2 Thrapston scheme
Developer IM Properties has submitted plans for a 1.9 million ft2 industrial and logistics scheme in Thrapston, Northamptonshire.
Hybrid plans to develop approximately 114 acres of land to be known as Thrapston Business Park, have been submitted with full planning being sought for the construction of a single storey building of about one million ft2. As well as outline permission for three further plots providing a further 920,000ft2 in total.
It is anticipated that the project would create 2,090 direct FTE jobs once operational, as well as 500 during the construction phase.
