Logwin Solutions Austria sells off several locations
Logwin Solutions Austria location in Krems/Danube is past – tank cleaning facilities for sale Logwin Solutions Austria GmbH has disposed of its location in Krems/Danube. After the competent competition authority has approved the transaction last week, the station was sold to Chemfreight Transport, Logistik & Waggonvermietung GmbH (transport, logistics and wagon leasing). The new owner is a subsidiary of Rail Cargo Austria AG. Chemfreight takes over a team of 37 employees from Logwin Solutions Austria in Krems/Danube. They render a broad range of location and transport logistics services for customers from the chemical industry. Apart from tank and silo transportations, rail transports form the core business, which is a good completion to the new owner’s activities. Meanwhile Logwin Solutions Austria is preparing to sell two more stations. The tank cleaning facilities in Vienna-Donaustadt (5 employees) and Werndorf near Graz (2 persons) are up for sale.
