M&S tipped for New Bristol DC
Retailer M&S is rumoured to have taken developer Mountpark’s Bristol360 warehouse at Central Park, Bristol.
The property built speculatively has 337,000ft2 of warehouse space as well as 22,250ft2 of office space. It boasts 15m eaves, 34 dock and 32 euro dock levellers as well as 3MvA of power.
Designed to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification with an EPC A rating, the facility includes features, such as rooftop Solar PV array and battery storage that will help maximise operational efficiency.
