New speculative shed for Warrington

A new 50,000 sq ft speculative warehouse is set to be built in Warrington as soon as plans get the go ahead this week.

The plans for the facility designed by architect AEW, are for a 4.4 acre vacant plot within the Warrington South Distribution Park. It is being put forward by Luxembourg-based Powerhouse Propco II, which also owns the 450,000 sq ft Warrington South Distribution Park.

Warrington Council’s planning committee is due to meet this week and set to endorse the proposal, with planning officers recommending approval.
