Online fashion retailer snaps up Peterborough shed

The company has taken a 10-year lease on the property, known as Orton 130, which used to be occupied by engineering company Perkins.

The facility has 6m eaves  as well as eight dock and five level access doors, a secure 75m self contained yard and parking for 150 cars.

The addition of Orton 130 to the distribution part of the business will help to accelerate this expansion further and is great news for Peterborough and the local economy.”

William Rose, director in the business space team at Savills which advised  landlord Paloma Capital said: “Orton 130 ideal for Yours Clothing to service a wide geographic spread of customers across the UK. The demand for sizeable units in the region remains incredibly high, which coupled with the lack of Grade A supply, means we were able to secure a strong deal on behalf of our client.”

The property is situated at J17 of the A1 (M), the building provides excellent access to the national motorway network via the A14 and the M11 motorways.
