Port warehouses brought to market

Associated British Ports is bringing 250,000 sq ft of space to the market in three units across key Yorkshire and the Humber ports.

A 93,500 sq ft detached shed at the Port of Immingham, west of Grimsby, will be available for occupation from August 2020. A detached industrial warehouse totalling 87,500 sq ft with a 17,500 sq ft loading canopy is available to let at the King George Dock at the Port of Hull, on the north bank of the Humber Estuary.

In addition a number of units from 10,000 sq ft to 50,000 sq ft are available to let at the UK’s most inland port, the 177 acre Port of Goole estate, which is located on the River Ouse.

The properties are being marketed by CBRE. Mike Baugh of CBRE: “All three present a fantastic opportunity to let secure, warehouse premises in strategic logistics locations, with the advantage of port facilities, paired with excellent connectivity by the UK’s road, rail, air and sea infrastructure.”
