Pre-let agreed on West Yorkshire warehouse scheme

Specialist food supply chain company IFCO Systems has secured a pre-let at BentallGreenOak and Equation Properties 200,000ft² plus warehouse scheme at Prism Park in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

The company has taken the 153,323ft² unit on the 10-acre site to facilitate its expansion plans. The property will be completed by the end of the year.

The general contractor Winvic will deliver the scheme, which will be constructed to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC A ratings.

CBRE and Avison Young are marketing agents on the site. Taylor Wessing solicitors advised BentallGreenOak and Equation Properties on the pre-let to IFCO Systems UK.
