Prologis Leases 41,500 Square Meters in Munich

Prologis, Inc. (NYSE: PLD) has signed a lease agreement with an international logistics service provider for 41,500 square meters of space at the Munich-Neufahrn logistics park. The customer will use the facility as of January 2018 for its distribution business in the Munich metropolitan area.

The facility is equipped with conventional loading ramps and weather-proofed areas for ground-level loading and unloading.
