Rohan launches latest large-scale logistics park in south Dublin

Rohan Holdings has announced the launch of phase 1 and phase 2 at its South West Business Park providing over 300,000ft2 of prime, high-bay logistics buildings.

This development is located at Cheeverstown, Citywest and will be Dublin’s only new logistics park with LUAS access directly opposite the park, while also being only a one-minute drive from the M7 and a five-minute drive from the M50 Motorway.

Four units of 12m-clear internal height ranging in sizes from 20,000-60,000ft2 will be available initially. A state-of-the-art flagship unit of 162,500ft2 will comprise phase 2 with features such as 14m clear internal height, yard depth of up to 56m and parking for more than 30 articulated trucks.

All units will have LEED Silver sustainability credentials with the park having a ‘greenway’ amenity immediately adjoining while traffic will be controlled by barrier access at both its R136 (N7 access road) and Citywest Avenue entrances.

Development will commence in early autumn, with units available for occupation by Q3/Q4 of 2022.
