St. Modwen has submitted detailed plans for the first phase of development at its 70-acre St. Modwen Park Derby scheme.
The proposals are for three high-quality business units of 39,000 sq ft, 54,000 sq ft and 79,000 sq ft.
St. Modwen Park Derby, is a joint venture with Network Rail. The scheme has outline consent for 780,000 sq ft of industrial and distribution space.
Joint agents for the site are Innes England and Savills.
