Trebor Developments launches strategic land division

The new Strategic Land Division will be headed up by  Neal Allcock as planning director and will focus on bringing forward land through the planning system to provide sites for future industrial and logistics development.

Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner for Trebor said: “The UK Planning system is slow and complex and having experienced experts like Neal is an important investment.  The new Trebor Division will focus on identifying and promoting land for future Industrial development and whilst we have always been involved in this, as our recent success in Kinver has demonstrated, the new Division will seek to substantially expand this area of our activities.
