Verdion completes latest iPort spec build

Pan-European logistics real estate developer Verdion has completed the latest speculative warehosue at its 6 million ft2 iPort multimodal logistics hub in Doncaster.

The 259,266ft2 warehouse, known as iP10, is the final completion in this latest round of speculative development, which also included two buildings leased to Woodland Group and Euro Pool Systems respectively.

The facility has double-storey offices, HGV and car parking and a secure 53-metre-deep yard.

Jamie Young, Asset Manager at Verdion, said: “Our latest speculative development programme has been delivered very smoothly despite wider supply chain challenges in the market and, with occupier appetite showing no signs of slowing, we are now focussed on bringing forward future opportunities at the park.”

Gent Visick, CBRE and Colliers are the retained leasing agents for iPort.
