VNL Österreich opens representative office in Vienna

New representative office of VNL Österreich in Vienna is headed by the regional chairman Mr. Alexander Till, a transport logistics expert

Established in Linz, the VNL-association headquartered in Steyr with its offices in Dornbirn and Kapfenberg, now also has a Vienna-office, from where the association with its new Regional Board wants to offer its services to companies from industry, trade and logistics in Vienna and Lower Austria from nearby.

The Austrian representative of the port of Hamburg, Alexander Till has accepted the role of regional chairman. Together with Wolfgang Knezek (SHT Haustechnik), Gerhard Mühlhans (RHI), Roman Leydolf (Austrian Post), Karl Meyer (Kuehne + Nagel), Christoph Kränkl (SAP), Davor Sertic (Unit Cargo) and Anna Lasinger-Guserl (Semperit) he forms the new Regional Board.

After the inaugural meeting Franz Staberhofer, chairman VNL, is glad about the great commitment of the logistics experts, to increase the attractiveness of the offer also in the VNL regions of Vienna and Lower Austria. At the first appointment in Vienna at the beginning of June, the VNL invites to a logistics breakfast. The 2nd Austrian Transport Logistics Congress will be held on 17 March 2016.

The VNL Österreich (Association for Network Logistics in Austria) is a platform for producing companies, industry and trade, education and research facilities, service providers in the logistics sector, transport-transhipment-storage-logistic service providers, logistics technology suppliers and integrated logistics service providers. The association has currently 370 company-members (updated 4/2015).
